My colleagues are always there to help and the senior management always provides good guidance and helps tackle difficult situations.

My experience with TopHire has been an enriching one, all thanks to my colleagues and the environment they have created. The people are immensely supportive and would step up whenever you need them. Even the higher management is extremely involved with you. The team has young talented folks and even highly experienced individuals but all of them love to work and party together. Events at TopHire are buzzing with energy and new initiatives. PS- We're also very competitive at most games like Code Names, Skribbl, etc. We have regular informal online (and offline) meetups to blend in with other teams as well. The work may often turn slightly monotonous because of the structured nature of the work. However, I feel that also helps stay connected and have an in-depth understanding of all the aspects of the role you're employed in which later converts to your expertise.

The team is supportive and approachable, which makes for a positive work environment. It's a healthy mix of productivity and fun. I've been working here for quite a few years and it has been a solid experience. There are plenty of opportunities for growth!

The compensation is fair as compared to lot of other companies. Having a 5 day work week helps. They promote employees quickly.

The work culture is a mess. Firstly, there is no dedicated HR department (hence no one to handle your grievances). The co-founder believes in micro management to the point where he might ask you for hourly updates. They call you after office hours for work even if its 10pm in the night. You'll be asked to share pictures of your workplace, record videos of yourself, your laptop etc. Lots of office politics, and most freshers WILL feel bullied.
