My teammates all are good person's only, we doing good team work except some people's. Weekends days we all are going to playing cricket and enjoying ourself.

Dislikes

Company growth is slow work pressure is high sometimes, lot of people doing here politics, no safety to workers, no food and transport facilities.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
