Everything is worst.. No hikes/promotion.Strange thing is if they are providing promotion they won't provide appraisal that year you have to continue with old salary and new title or only appraisal that too won't cross 2000.. no learning toxic manager and seniors.. everyday we have to do overtime in the name of wfh.. need to be available 24/7 ..forcing people to resign if they are going on a ML or if we cant come in person for 2 or more month.. Their is no scope for experienced employee when they came out of this company. TLs and Manager worst attitude and putting pressure on young people. When you trained by an senior, He/she moved to other project you have to dealing with rest of the project and its terrible in working with home. They are asking to work additional in every week and sunday too. Even in lockdown they are not providing laptops for some of the employees. No value for production employee.
