Everything is worst.. No hikes/promotion.Strange thing is if they are providing promotion they won't provide appraisal that year you have to continue with old salary and new title or only appraisal that too won't cross 2000.. no learning toxic manager and seniors.. everyday we have to do overtime in the name of wfh.. need to be available 24/7 ..forcing people to resign if they are going on a ML or if we cant come in person for 2 or more month..
