They are highly inhuman . They just trap the candidates showing good salary but the working conditions are worst there. They keep the original documents of candidate to blackmail him and force to work as per there inhuman terms and conditions. School gives an appointment letter which nothing but a tool to trap the teachers and bound them to work with the school. Not a single clause in the appointment letter in in favour of candidate. They terminate the teachers without giving any notice in advance. Just 5 min before they may refuse you to come next day....Read More

No job permanency, no work culture. Long working hours. Compelling to attend the school on sunday.No one month notice before termination.
