No work life balance. Before joining, you will be attracted with 2 locations office flexibility and later you will be harrased to travel from ggn to noida or noida to ggn on daily basis and that too unnecessarily. Cold work environment.

The task of creating original content repetitively gets tiring at some point. However, you learn a lot while working with people who are more experienced than you. Further, my job was comparatively easier since most of it involved writing and reading.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
