Poor work culture maintained at office. 2nd level manager is biased to some individuals. Academic personnel is very poor, however the wheel moves because of the content and the brand's reputation. No new ideas are welcomed, if the ideas seem intellectually intimidating, it will be ridiculed by the senior works and the manager too.
