It's a loss making company with an extremely toxic work culture. Lot of elitism with higher ups who are ignorant of the behaviours of abusive senior management. I would never recommend someone to work here. There is no growth here, only a loss of sense of worth.

Working experience with Tilak Nagar Industries has been good so far. The company presents little opportunity for growth both in Compensation and Position wise. The company fully supports its employees in the difficult time. this covid crises proves this as there has been timely payment of the salaries. The company is facing difficulties in many markets but its been kind to all the employees.
