Discrimination for people like only one work for new people with more salary and existing employees should do many tasks in less salary. Old and reputed company, Company is working on 5s, IATF and developing it safety culture with DSS. If you're working in Hiriyur then you'll get better opportunity to learn and get more responsibilities as compared to Koppal.
