There is nothing to like in bajaj finance limited but if you are lucky and got team like me i.e. 3in1 integration and techops team which basically develops APIs using java spring boot. As this team have seniors which have lots of experience and worked upon latest technologies in this industry you can get a chance to work on these technologies thats what I liked in bajaj finance limited because i guess i was lucky but others teams works with backward technology...Read More

There are lots of things which I dislike about bajaj finance limited, mainly the following ones, 1. Company have this BYOD(By your Own Device) policy and that is for the company work you have to buy your own laptop ofcourse options provided by company only And money will be deducted from your salary 2. highest appraisal percentage there are giving is 10 which can only seniors get 3. And right now Promotion and appraisal here happening in 60-40 percentage format without any prior notice Don't have parking facilty in company if parking gets fulled you don't have anywhere to park. Most worst thing is you have to work on Saturdays also. And if there is work or any deployment you have to wake up at night also and do the work I can write the whole book about the dislikes of Bajaj finance limited but above ones are at top which every employee hates in bajaj...Read More

Nothing my Area manager using always abusing language and He is doing mentally torcher I am so fiadup..he is taking everything personal to me Regarding working and non working..he is always tongue to my family and involve my family every times. After 10PM off duty he is doing 10 TO 12 Calls and used every time abuse language.

He always doing highlights front of His senior and every body every time insulting me in front all team. All team members not updated data in his excel but he highlights me only. I don't what's with me

Dont even bother working here, such a terrible company to work. No ethics , respect and value for your work. Managers keep on shouting at you for their benefits.

All everything is good, there NSM is also very best.

Pramotions are not proper and there is without any reason they give PIP whether SO is earning monthly incentives also. That is very bad in Bajaj Finance. And they give priority to known persons for pramotions.

Local some manager are very wastage manner, don't have proper leadership qualities.... specially my reporting Manager. Some days before worked as relationship manager fortunate became cluster manager with help of fraud carrier docs.& His senior are very fool.
