They will give unlimited work in limited time so you have to learn

There is no work life balance, no job security, no growth, no benefits. they will ask to finish 5 hours work in 1 hour, if you don't then stay whole night, while working you have to go office in sat-sun as well. when you will asked for compensation then you will get to know a lot of wrong things your work, so they can't give any compensation. there is a blame-game culture. job security is completely depends on project status. if project is finished then you will be fired immediately, and if project required you then even after resignation you can't leave. your notice period could vary between 1 months to 1 year....Read More
