People in Gurgaon office are good. The office environment is vibrant.

Dislikes

1. The company culture has become poor in the last couple of year. The leaders are like managers, there is no lead by example. 2. There has been no salary hikes for 2 years and marginal hike in the recent cyle. 3. There is emphasis on learning and development, but organization does not want to make any investment in that regard. 4. There is a concept of feedback, but only top down.
