It is good people are nice and friendly, helpful, good learning for those who are fresher.

Dislikes

People need more development projects than support. I think they only look at communication skills in interview whereas they should look at communication skills, technical skills, behavioural check, etc proper level of evaluation. There are people playing politics due to which it is having bad impact on company. Should retain at least good people technically sound and having good skill set instead of telling them to put down paper. Alot has changed in thirdware from last 2 years....Read More

It has been great working here. Environment is awesome it's like college I have huge group of friends here they will be for life time whether I be here or not. I have learned a lot over here. Very thankful to managers and trainers.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
