One of the best thing about this company is you get to learn about more technologies in industry how it works, and the team train u so well so that you ll get into quick pick up in job. Best supportive team and colleagues. Only con is no saturday offs which makes very tired on work I wish they have random 2nd &4th sat off so thay employees can work fresh on week days. Others totally worth to start career here....Read More

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
