Policy not at par as per current scenario of pharma industry no work culture. No appraisal or increment. Salary allowances very low.

Likes

Good work culture and training. Innovative and patented products. Very Good RND.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics, labour problem, minimum wages issue and cases at labour court. Poor inventory management and short supply of goods. Poor job security.
