Job security is terrible , when my project in ending stage then I Asked to HR that what we do , we find a job anywhere or company(theme) transfer us they confidently said no need to go anywhere we Did transfer you but when time to transfer they didn’t pick call and place a fresher employee Cv instead my in another project next to mein the same city because NhAI change rule of assistant post experience to fresher only need and I have jobless upto 6 months and find a job Hardly in new company and during working in theme I have more than 3 offer to change job in last of the project but due to the HR word I denied all , so don’t believe in their wording they all are liar and briber...Read More
