No job security in UOL ---u can pay good money as [tuition fees ] and get your degree ; no need attended classes , just present in exams ,Dean [MR Amer Jillani ] will pass you .

I always miss the time spend at UOL, most benefits and work satisfaction later may be due to the facilitation at work place they provided; as yet non of other organization (specially Govt Universities ) provide all those facilities as UOL.

Dislikes

Just as a Private Organization; a fear of job security, but this is just our thinking as university never threat us neither we feel at any time that they kick out us. But its a natural fear of private job as compare to Govt job.

Very exciting , but some time become hectic , however my boss always knows about work nature and if he founds it hectic or need more time to stay in office then he always bring some good food for all of us from KFC, McDonald, etc
