Hr team is Good. Shine sir , Anu Madam, Arjun sir I am writing these name because they help me a lot always. Also I am thankful for Satya Madam and Sameer sir. Who on board me in short time. Working in purchase dept is very good, Team is also super. And dont expect freedom with the Manager Moham Ram K , he is very smart play when you are in call he give you respect an if you are in one on one discussed he will do blackmailing.He will always disrespect employee and no motivation an no freedom at work place. No proper direction. Few name will share you they are the super back bone for this Manager Mohan Ram k . Trust me. 1. GYAN MURTHY - OPERATIONS 2. Kalyan- Engg team Show runs with this People. He creat the suitation into that way were the opposite person should accept that yes what mohan said is correct. I was screwed up with the below mentioned words by Mohan Ram K 1. The day in stated my work he said I am unfit for my role. He always treated me like a ....... I can't find word to write. 2. This is in telugu wording : On feb 16 22 this was my 6 months completion date. On this day he said me : Eam peekutunavu intlo it was happen in teams call . You can check if the data is available That day was the worts day in my experience with my manager. 3. And said the work which I am doing can do by school boy. Then why he hired me 4. He always use to say he can remove me at any time. This cause me started thinking about search for another option. Many suprises are there to explain but I don't want to recollect those black days experience. I really missed my career in usp because of this Mohan K If any one is replace me pls make him aware of home first and then give traning on the Erp platform and give him freedom to work at place.Try to take the feedback on every 1 weeks from the new employee. Mohan ram K is a draw back for Procurement team. He starts day with mistakes where we cannot work entirely week in good positive vibe.
