Poor Management, Poor Customer service from HO, work timing is very heavy, they dont know how to run the company systematically. The company owner is involving the store sale and, owner should maintain his standards.

The worst company that I have worked for till now. I worked with the company for almost 2 years in Emails and calls both, but there was nothing to learn. You only learn how to play politics in the environment. There is too much favoritism and politics. If you suck up to your manager and give them everything they want, you get good appreciation and fast growth. But if you are doing hard and good work, you still don't get any promotion or appreciation. Promotion and appreciation are only for people who give the manager tea, snacks, and sweet words.
