Technology leaders in the industry bringing in newer concepts. Very stable and effective top management team who believes in team building providing sufficient space to adapt and sustain. Work ethics and company culture can't be matched anywhere. The best in the industry in cost management, accounts, marketing and logistics.

Dislikes

Even though salary are comparable growth are slow but steady. Few opportunities for on job training and acquisition of new skills. Career growth too slow to beat inflation.
