Somewhat a learning experience to learn hard facts of corporate and life as to how people are rude and you have to accept it

Several are there In HR Dept in Recruitment they used to threaten using clauses like "Perform else get out" " Shape in or step out" those beautiful words were used daily by Mr. Murajkar and Iyer Madam. Even if you are not able to close just 1 position and are closing others. So mental torture is there. If you are not able to meet targets then they used to ask to work on Saturdays, leaving it to our choice but if you dont go to office then they will say why you didnt come on Saturday. So thats the lovely culture in HR dept. Basically if Ms. Iyer likes you she will keep you else she will throw you out like a fly in tea. Hence no one sticks around.
