Companies policiy is very good but management staff is very cunning & they are selfish they are not at all bothered for the companies growth they just think of themselves & there earrnings not for the companies benefit they are just for there own benefits as if they are being benifited of 01 Rs for the loss of Rs 10 for the company they are ok with it

Dislikes

The management staff at site are very deplomatic & selfish

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
