Likes: I have been a part of Motwane Manufacturing Company Pvt Ltd for 7 years and it has been an enriching journey so far. The culture encourages teamwork, the leadership is supportive. It's a great place to learn and with excellent benefits.
Dislikes: Everything is good but there's a lack of flexibility for leave.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
Work related travel: This is a desk job.
Likes: Good for fresher but i would suggest learn and get out of that company Dislikes: Salary is not on time. And they only care about the sales people and money. A lot of toxicity & negativity. HR has no say in the decisions. What management decides that is final. NSM has no concern in for sales....and only cares about other department. There is no proper management.
