I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. School has a very conducive work culture . The policies in place provide a lot of security and care for the employees. Appraisals are fair and team building is considered very important. Traing to teachers are provided from time to tim to hone their skills. Overall a very happy and great working environment.

Along with students, Overall growth of teachers is also there. Learnt many new things. Principal and Vice principal along with management are very helpful. The only school in surat I know which give good education to the students with special needs. Celebration is also there for the staff. Overall 5 stars.
