The company encourage us to implement new teaching methods.Another point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration. No work pressure on us.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
