The sales team is led by a psychopath called Rakesh Mitra, a man of small stature but with an ego of an elephant, he is rude, arrogant and so full of hubris that it is not even funny, he presides over a department which has the unique distinction of having a 120% attrition rate, in any other decent organization a person like him would have been thrown out overnight but here he is feted for being abrasive and rude.. He is incorrigible to the point that people absolutely detest him, the only culture which is all pervasive in the organization is that of shouting , intimidation and belittling people and it shows in the numbers of the group, the amazing blindness displayed by the EDs to all of this is also noteworthy and worthy of their entry into the Special Olympics.
