Compensation is good, but the growth has stopped due to huge financial debt. Work pressure is high due to exponential grown in cement production capacity. With in a span of 10 years (2004 to 2014) the cement manufacturing capacity jumped from 7.00 Mio. MTPA to 35.00 Mio. MTPA. I have worked 10-12 for the various cement plants execution of the organization.
