In this company the main drawback which i noticed is the support to subcontractors by the senior level authorities who byepass site management directly in favour of contractors. Rest is fine in JP

The job was so much exciting through out the 9 yrs. I m not at all fully satisfied as the salary package is little less as compared to other colleague companies. But any way i enjoyed the life here.
