Job sequrity is zoro. Management uses the employees for personal benifits. Maintenance motive of the management is to earn maximum monitory benifits. Management prefers employees at low price. Management does not even recognise the long service provided by an employee.

Management has taken decision to leave the hands of the staff in this horrible time. More than 10 teachers were removed with out any reason mentioned.

Dislikes

No job security. Management is dependent on the talks of useless people and take decisions without asking to the teachers.

Salary will be on time. But as they pay you they don't consider you as a humans they want you to work 24 hrs have no personal life

There are old staff vs new staff local vs out sider groups in working people. Working for best results is not important but sharing information about others to trustees is most of peoples main work so there is no support from anyone for any work. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
