The school is the platform where I got to learn many things. Being open to fresh ideas and innovation it provides lot of growth opportunities.

Though it is a very good place to work sometimes it becones difficult to balance work and family.

I worked in IHS as IT support and my experience was awesome IHS id very good educational organisation. I felt safe always because IHS is always taking care of there employees. Management is very good they always polite with employees. IHS company policy is based on UAE labour law. I am very satisfied with IHS, if I will get any chance to work in IHS again I will very appreciate to IHS.

I can't give any score because IHS is outstanding always. I believe that I was lucky to got selected & given my great effort for 7 years to IHS

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
