There is some amount of flexibility with regard to delivering our lessons as a teacher.

Dislikes

1. Being a private institution, there is no fair compensation for the work delivered. 2. The institution supports the lack of work life balance and the employees are expected to be available at all times. 3. The working conditions are very poor and there is no proper infrastructure.

Good culture, team work, sensible administration

Dislikes

Too lengthy hours, no non veg food , only veg food is offered .

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
