As an intern no stipend, working time 7am to 7pm, no support from high post peoples. No good behave by some high posted peoples one of example : Director, not supportive , rude and every one get fear of him. High post peoples not good with patients. Even lower posted workers too no supportive to patients and with other staff. Very rude and shout on patients both high posted peoples and lower posted peoples.
