The company is great for people who have a mindset to settle, annual raises happens on time and can take plenty of leaves as per the set requirement. Promotions happen every 2 year or 3 year as per performance.

Dislikes

Too many ple are there inter- hierarchy and the company follow a set promotion 90% of the time, Upper management is solid and fixed which gives lower employees less chance to get into the decision-making team, do understand vertical growth is much less, however, if u are a person who wishes to take care of family, want time to focuson to another course or love to have a set fixed growth please i still recommend. He plays multiple roles: director , manager , worker , friend , and more . As part of the hotel management rules , we are forced to shave and cut! hair regularly. the salary is minimal, but the level of harassment here is unberable - 200%.
