Unprofessionalism. Kabhi bhi meeting rakh denge. Bina inform kiye. Every intern just wanted their money and certificate back. Bas isliye sabne muh band rkh ke organization ko tolerate Kiya. There is fcking no culture. I am not saying there are bad people or the work ethic is not good. But the way they handled the interns and their pathetic communications skills. One of the worst, they contacted me through Internshala and were ready to assign me an internship but when I repeatedly asked them to give me work they never assigned me. At least have the guts and courtesy to let us know whether your organization wants to assign work or not.
