Most pathetic company to work with. No career growth, everyone works as a servant. No fixed date for salary. No payments to vendors. The environment and building is too negative and management is lacks knowledge.

I thought its a great place to work but turned out otherwise

- The Founder ( Mridu Sahai) doesnt have leadershhip qualities, The work culture is really bad and there is no point raising your concerns to her,. - The Dean - Operations Latika Chaudhary doesnt highlight team's work to the Founders. She tries to take all the credit and though a Dean, she lacks planning and organizational skills. -They offer you a good package but dont pay you on time. I got them 12 admissions during COVID ( Fee for each student is 18 lacs). But still they didnt pay me my dues on time. So I had to leave. - Some old team members like Akansha play dirty politics and will trouble you in all possible ways, AT times she uses filthy language too. The design village supports me a lot in this pandemic. when in whole India a lot of Companies even MNCs cutting the salary of their employees, They did not cut a single amount of money seriously I am lucky that I am being hired in this company. I am writing this review Publicly and honestly, the Environment of these very good caring & friendly peoples.
