Job security is good, work culture is also good, needs a bit more improvement of the management. It's not a company but a club, so cannot comment.

Dislikes

Teammates are co-operative and helpful, training is okay, job security very good, career growth is also okay, salary/appraisal to be improved, no travel of course, not involved in politics, learning is okay, good working environment.

The company is hiring on contract basis For 2 years. After the contract gets over the company does take. In cci job security is not there. Contract get over we have to search job in other place
