It was a pathetic experience working for Chancery pavilion, the company without any work ethics and values. They term themselves as a 5star hotel, but actually they are below par a roadside restaurant. The salary is kept on hold for minimum 25days, every month(Insane),which you would not find in any of the five star hotel in the city. There is a lot of issues with vendor supply as the vendor payments are never made on time. The recruitment process is useless. Was being cheated into joining but later found out that there isn't any PF facility even for top level management. The people working down the level have been working for 2 years but their PF account shows zero balance. Although the Alchemy kitchen was very well set with all modern equipments and also had an opportunity to work with celebrity chef Hari Nayak. The GM of the hotel is very understanding and supportive although. My team at Alchemy was lovely, although the executive chef isn't fit for the role, more interested in politics rather than work. Had zero culinary skills. Has no control of the culinary process. There is a lot of politics running inside the top level management which doesn't create a good working environment. First of all being “Hospitality industry” the food that is served to employees must be good but the food there is terrible it’s soo bad that one would feel like skipping their meal than eating that mess Second of all , the managers there will treat you like their servants especially the HR manager . The HR team there will go to anyextent to intrude in your personal Life not only others but also others & make your life miserable . It’s okay for the manager to take any number of leaves but if the associate takes any he makes a grumpy face & will make sure you suffer for taking leave . The most most partiality is within that team , favouring one over other to make sure people in team don’t get along . It’not at all has a healthy working environment.The owners Pradeep Raju don’t want to spend a single penny on the Hotel & wants to generate a ton amount of revenue.The GM Vikram sharma & HR Manager Neeraj Sharma are big non hoteliers & they practice politics inside the hotel.Vikram Sharma spends his whole time just gossiping with abhijit guha cause he is close to the owners.

No growth prospects in the hotel.The GM & HR Manager are pathetic in their work,they don’t value individuals.If you are planning to join here,it would be grave mistake of your life.
