Good work environment I've been working here for three years now and I'd say this is the best bank to work for in terms of Work life balance. Salary isn't that much but they give you additional bonus and compensation which helps you live a balanced life. Company employees are very supportive and majority staff members are local. Where I'm not a local, none of the staff members have been bias to me and have always supported and helped me whenever I was stuck somewhere. Work Details

Job was interesting and I got to learn a lot from this organisation and also this helped me improve my arithmetic skills as I was regularly in touch with numbers and constant calculations. Work life is great! No overtime.

In my job every employees should have to do self take care, for Covid 19 no any specific actions are not taken. Every employees just wears mask only.

Dislikes

Sometime politics is happening here. The employee who has a high level reference, than he can get easily promoted and transferred to nearest home branch. So there is no equality for employees.
