Office is very far and one who doesn't know AR calling can survive by handling bucket to TL Qca and manager then only he can survive and can get good appraisal and HR are not HR's to the users they are puppets of the TL's and manager and they don't know about HR's roles and responsibilities i had worked as fresher in Omega for 2 years and In Tharworx I was getting 26000 in hand but a user who had worked as a fresher in calpion was getting 32000 seriously unfair cab picks you at 3.00pm for 5.30pm shift and once you logout at 2.30am you will be at home at 4.30am it's a 14hrs shift over here travelling only 5hrs and 9hrs work if you're holding bucket to TL you may possibly get work from home...Read More

It was a work from home for me, It was very good experience as I learnt payment Posting and cash Posting also which was new for me.

We cannot take leaves when it's emergency and also if you resign the job, No one will try to convince you to pull back the paper what ever hard work you do

I started working here as Sr.AR Associate now I am working as an SME from past 6 month , well my AM is a type of person who always support hardworking and skilled employees and always encourage and push people for nxt lvl opportunity, it's your luck if you get a chance to work under like my AM definitely will have a better growth.

Dislikes

only disadvantage is no proper cafeteria in the main facility (two facility in Bangalore) and no good hotels or restaurant nearby the facility, it's almost like in outskirts of Bengaluru daily travelling long distance is hectic for work life balance for people like me who is residing exactly opposite end of the Bengaluru (45kms) one side.

If you are experienced, it will benefit you in lots of ways ...good management and staff and friendly environment ☺️

Dislikes

For freshers it's bit complicated to sustain because they get trained only for 2-3 weeks ...they learn a very few things which is 30% applicable on floor job ...and cafeteria is the worst no space for more than 15 employees.
