This job experience was very interesting, I had to face certain things in the beginning as nothing is well organized, but I appreciate that a few staff members helped me. Fantastic infrastructure. and very gud facilities provided for students.

Unhealthy work environment. Insecure behaviour of higher authority. Unnecessary work load. Low dignity levels among higher ups. Unnecessary Harassment for removing faculties. No policy for wellbeing of faculty. Always calling on non working days for some or the other reasons. Without any compensation. If someone raises voice they are being harassed in some or the other way
