Good work environment and culture Teammates are supportive and the management transparent.Thereis a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chiling. bonus are received every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is not satisfied and there is no growth

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. No career and growth in this company. Company policies are very bad towards employees. Management is so rude. There is no job security. They are too much expected from juniors/freshers and even they are not satisfied by anyone's work anytime. There is no work life balance.
