Let me tell you a funny incident from this so-called public company. On the birthday of the Managing Director, Mr. Sanjay, they organize a blood donation camp. Even if you're not interested or have health issues, the bootlickers of the MD will repeatedly pressure you to donate blood just to please him. It's as if they really want tosuck your blood! The nature of the MD is very rude; he doesn't know how to talk and lacks etiquette. The next month after the MD's birthday, there is a month when they increase the payment to employees. The HR department circulated a notice that the person who has not given blood will not receive their payment increment, and it was put on hold for 1-2 months.
