Worst Management ever seen, Poor HR policy( no HR policy followed btw), unfit senior managers in sales department, unhealthy work place, worst micro management work place ever seen. Poor and worst unfit Unit heads and functional heads in Texila. Pity HR department ( no role for HR dept.) only know to shake heads what the functional head says, and only job is to download resume and to give job threat to employees ( no need of HR dept. in Texila). No growth in this company. If you join as executive and make sure you will retire as same executive from this company. Fake commitment will be given by the senior managers to the enrollment advisors and to the colleagues only coz to get done their work from the executives. Pity for the enrollment advisors. You could see few shoe licking senior managers in sales. Even though after seeing the negative reviews from portals , candidates joins the company only coz of their survival but the management and functional heads take this for granted.
