The company is worst , their culture is worst their words are worst there is no work-life balance they will leave you whenever they want if you tell your reasons even after office hours they will hold grudges and they will hold your salary even their is no fixed salary releasing date, they can give you whatever work they want even the work of a helper or a position for you were not hired if you will say anything they "the manager and their "Vincent sir" can even talk about your family and position and education and both can disrespect you to the core as they have their rights reserved for disrespecting and whenever they want they will take meetings and let all the staff stand for 2hours whether anyone is not well or having periods or anything they will not ask to sit they will simply shout till the time they are satisfied and they will give you extra work and do the politics then they will say that where are other works that are not done. They will shift your position to any person and give you other people's work too , they will let you stay till 9or 10 if they want and they will call you after office hours and they will never consider your genuine reasons. After working as a Robot. Management gives appraisals and Importance only to the people whom they like( A lot of politics). Management itself never follow the hierarchy. Management is good & they sit like Idols. Abin Jacob and Anjana Jain rules and changes the policies according to their comfort.

Management gave all leniency and they also depended on Abin & Anjana. Management always listen to 1 side & take the decisions. Never try asking or understanding from the employee's end. They give the target where employees can't achieve. Discrimination between the branch's and departments, demotivation, partiality, no hierarchy, toxic manager. No work life balance. Expect you to achieve an unrealistic working hours of 6 hours for which you need to spend minimum of 11 hours in the office. They don’t allow you to have lunch with colleagues and you can’t go together for lunch even during lunch hours. No leaves on weekends. No leads provided still wants you to make sales. Totally unprofessional.
