If you want to upgrade your skills, concepts then go with it. All stuff is managed very precisely. Support is available any time if you have any trouble. Work life balance is excellent, minimum 7/8 weekly off + public/govt holidays if any. No blame-games I ever seen. Pleasant premises of office, work area, canteen management, bus facility.

Not dislikes... But office timing is too early for those who travel from long distance.

Interdepartmental transfer is quite dependance on line manager, Indian management diluting few policies to specific departments, Growth is less in specific department etc overall as a company it was a great working experience with Tetra Pak India and would like to work with.
