Better to take training in design course and take a job. Post silicon don't have good scope and low paying job. Mnc people want more years of experience to get into their job and they prefer IIT or NIT. Here also you don't have a standard growth. Overally, your time will get waste. For average/below avg guys interested in electronic domain, it's a great opportunity. You can learn something and earn a standard engineer salary after 4-5 yr of experience....Read More

All good projects will get assigned to a linguistic T group. Because all sr people are belongs to the same and those will guide their own T group. Eventually T group is dominating here. others won't get any good opportunities with respect to projects. If the company(team) is not giving opportunity or exposure to you then that's a right time to come out of that team.
