1. No set processes in accounts and finance 2. Top management overcommits monthly earnings and forces the controller and finance team to abide by that in whatsoever manner! 3. No support from the reporting manager resulting in tremendous work pressure with zero personal life 4. Politics everywhere and corporate reporting is horrible5. Your work is being checked and mistakes are projected to the top management 6. 1. Dirty politics in company from ground level to COO level. 2. Whenever they want, they will terminate immediately. 3. Company kept for selling & as outstanding debts about 112 crores in market, unable to recover from clients. 4. Worst in people management & fake promises. 5. COO has no ground reality, he will take every employee updated from each branch executive. Branch executive, will update every activity & every movement of others, accordingly he will act. Third rated politics. COO don't have forecasting mind, he listens only few people words, accordingly he will act & react. 6. Everyday they are loosing customers.
