If your a person who likes to work hard regardless whatever you get paid, then this is the place for you. You have to struggle to get deserving hikes. Work culture is not so good. No life standards. And don't expect cafeteria, gym, powe snaps, you won't see those things here, it's like just walk into some building, sit there, work all day then hit the traffic and reach home. 1. Not so good work culture 2. They won't consider you for good hikes unless you tell them you're moving out of the organization 3. Sometimes you have to work weekends also if you assigned with high priority projects 4. Poor infrastructure 5. No compensation for your dedication and ext ra efforts 6. Dislikes

Worst work culture, 12 to 14 hrs per day and even weekends have to work. No good hike. Work is not appreciated. Not employee friendly. Pathetic maintenance. Only one toilet per floor.
