Very bad work culture as kind of this company should be shutdown immediately.. if they don’t have client they will out you at anytime .. even they don’t have project just hire for showing purpose better you be jobless .they won’t give salary also if you resign from here ..

No cab service during night, Managers don't provide any kind of support. Higher management and HR won't listen you for anything even they don't care for your family or you health issues. No food service for night shifts. Company can terminate you whenever they want. Just work and take salary, dont expect anything else.
