Learning technology is good , colleagues are friendly.. worst management which de motivates... Appraisal is based on purely on the relationship with the management.. as this is a mid- startup company.. work life balance is too bad.. growth is good.. politics is more in the company. Job security is fine if u keep good relationship with management.

More politics from management side.. appraisal is average. Work environment is bad bcoz of manage ment... Everything we have to go and ask .. eg tissue paper also

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
